It started in 2019 with a cold brew latte cart and a family dream. Today it's three shops and a coffee truck that goes wherever the celebration is.
Our Story
From a Cold Brew Cart to Three Shops
Sirincci started in Slidell in 2019 with a cold brew latte cart, a handful of flavors, and a family dream. Part of the motivation was building a business where owner Cody Holland's daughter, Audrey, could grow up seeing what it takes to turn an idea into something real.
We served cold brew while we built our first espresso cart. Bella Style Salon in Olde Towne Slidell hosted our grand opening in May 2019 and helped introduce us to the community. We kept growing from there, adding a trailer and equipment as we went.
Today, Sirincci has three shops, two in Slidell and one in Lacombe, plus mobile coffee service, carts, and catering that bring the coffee shop experience to other people's celebrations. Those mobile beginnings are still a big part of who we are.

More Than a Coffee Shop
Slidell has been good to us, and we try to give back. We support local schools, fundraisers, and partnerships with other small businesses. You'll find our team collecting for community food drives, serving church groups and nonprofit fundraisers, and pouring free coffee for local teachers.
In 2025, the East St. Tammany Business Alliance recognized Sirincci with its Best Commitment to Spending Local award. It's something we're proud to have built into the company as it has grown.
